Greg C. Riddick

– Consultant

Greg supports TriNova’s client base with a broad background in the upstream and midstream sectors of the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining TriNova, Greg managed a commercial group responsible for over twenty-five domestic marine terminals for NuStar Energy and personally managed all commercial aspects of a terminal in Canada capable of handling the largest oil tankers ever built. He was with Kinder Morgan from its inception through the first 10 years of their impressive growth, honing his skills in business development, negotiation and mergers and acquisitions along the way.

Greg entered commercial work with Enron primarily in the gas processing and NGL transportation side of the business. He started his career providing operational engineering support in the exploration and production sector with Amoco. It was a natural segue from his summer experiences as a gas plant maintenance man, offshore roustabout and petroleum technologist. He designed wellhead facilities, central tank batteries, gathering pipelines and compression facilities while shepherding evolutionary operations programs for gas processing and treating facilities. He also developed an expertise in oil and gas measurement and worked with American Petroleum Institute on standards development and revision.

From wellhead to refined products delivery, Greg understands most aspects of the oil and gas industry and is particularly strong in natural gas processing and fractionation.
